USB Waterproof

The dust-tight and waterproof USB connectors are suitable for applications in rough industrial environments or outdoors, where a high degree of sealing is of the essence. The waterproof USB built-in sockets are available as micro USB 2.0 type B, mini USB 2.0 type AB and B, USB 2.0 type A and USB 3.0 type A. Also connectors for the nano USB stick are provided. The protection classes range from IP54 (splash-proof) up to IP67 (protection against temporary submersion). The connections are made by solder contacts or by connection cables. The casings of the built-in connectors are equipped with M12, M16, M22 or M30 screw threads to ensure watertight mounting. Dust protection caps, fixing nuts, sealing gaskets and an assembly tool are also available.
