Expanding Rivets

So-called expanding rivets are used to firmly attach PCBs. They are made of plastic and are easily mounted by pushing it into a drill hole. In our shop, expanding rivets are available in Pine Tree Clips. Their advantage is that they are easily unmounted and thus, reusable. The clips can have different head shapes. Colour of Pine Tree Clips from high-quality polyamide is black. Depending on the intended field of application, expanding rivets can be ordered in lengths of 11.3, 18.8 or 25.4 millimeters. Clips with a length of 25.4 millimeters are suited for panels with dimensions of 0.6 to 13 millimeters. The short models with 11.3 millimeters are compatible with panel sizes of 1.8 to 5.0 millimeters.
