Bungard Elektronik uses only first choice base material, tested or approved according to UL, NEMA, MIL, DIN, IEC and others.

The qualities FR2, FR3, CEM 1, FR4 are available in sheet thicknesses of 0.5; 0.8; 1.0; 1.5; 2.0 or 2.5 mm with a single or double-sided copper layer of 18, 35 or 70 µm with a maximum sheet size of approx. 510 x 1150 mm.
