Field Effect Transistors (FET)

Field-effect transistors, abbreviated FET, are also known as unipolar transistors. They can be regulated by electric voltage and possess a high input resistance, allowing for almost powerless regulation. The terminals of FETs are designated gate, drain or source. Our shop carries a wide range of field-effect transistors with SMT or THR connectors. Among others, low-power MOSFETs and performance MOSFETs with various electrical key characteristics in numerous designs such as SOT 23, TO 220 AB and TO 92 are available. Drain-source flow resistance of field-effect transistors vary between 0.006 ohms and 14 ohms. Drain-source voltage of the variant types of transistors in this category ranges from 12 to 500 volts.
