Terms of use for the EVE API (Application Programming Interface)

  • The API access data is only valid for the applying company and its representative and may not be transferred to third parties.

  • The number of daily accesses can be limited by EVE GmbH at any time and is monitored automatically. A claim to the use of the EVE API interface does not exist at any time and cannot be acquired.

  • The data transferred via API may not be passed on to third parties or published.

  • Documentation of the EVE API may neither be passed on nor distributed and reproduced without the consent of EVE GmbH.

  • The EVE API is a free service offer of EVE GmbH to its customers and serves the distribution of EVE merchandise.

  • The data transmitted via API may not be stored permanently or used to generate statistics.
